After an incredible 28 years of dedicated service with the Mobile County Public School System, 27 of which were spent at Howard Elementary, Ms. McDole took her final walk down the halls as a teacher. Her unwavering commitment, gentle guidance, and deep love for her students have left a lasting impact on the school and in the hearts of all who had the privilege to learn from or work alongside her.
Ms. McDole’s legacy is one of compassion and excellence. As she steps into her well-earned retirement, we celebrate her remarkable career and express our gratitude for shaping generations of learners with grace and care.
Howard Elementary will always hold a piece of Ms. McDole’s heart, and she will forever be a part of ours.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our students and teachers for their achievements in iReady Reading and Math. Students visited the school store to commemorate their proficiency or significant growth. Additionally, teachers from the K-1, 2-3, and 4-5 grade levels were recognized for demonstrating the most growth in their respective areas.
